1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GumStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use GumStory responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You will not use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to violate any third-party rights.

3. Jira and third-party integrations

Optional integrations (such as Atlassian Jira) are offered for your convenience. When you connect Jira, you authorize GumStory to access your Jira data only as needed to provide the features you use, via Atlassian's supported APIs and OAuth. You are responsible for complying with your organization's policies and with Atlassian's terms, privacy policy, and any applicable developer / API terms.

GumStory may retain a limited technical copy of data retrieved through the integration (as described in the Privacy Policy) solely to operate the service—for example caching, dashboards, and resilience when live API access is temporarily unavailable. GumStory does not use that data to train unrelated public models for sale, or to sell your Jira content to third parties.

You must not use GumStory to exceed the permissions you were granted, to circumvent Atlassian security, or to use Jira data in a way that violates Atlassian's or your employer's rules.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify GumStory promptly of any unauthorized access (via the contact page).

5. Changes

GumStory may update these terms, features, or pricing at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify users where appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

GumStory is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GumStory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
